A few weeks ago on my last appearance on The Tonight Show, we ended the segment with Conan saving a baby as he jumped through a massive explosion and through a window. The show’s director, Alan Kartun, gave the baby (which my mother & most of my FB friends believe to be Asian) a nice single shot (above). When Conan lifted him through the boxes in victory and the audience went wild, I had a feeling that the lil’ guy would be back. I’m telling you - the feeling in the room after his stunt was electric and the baby topped it all off. So I was thrilled when my East Coast friends texted me early Thursday evening to to give me a heads up that the Asian Baby was back on Thursday night’s show….!
To display his acting range, Asian Baby hardly needed to be saved on this segment. Quite the contrary, he was a knife-welding contestant in a cock-fight this time around. Keep an eye out for this lil guy, because I don’t think we’ve seen the last of him.
