“I don’t have the time”
This is one of the most common excuses I hear about exercising (which I have certainly used myself).
So, here’s what you do to shake that sh*tty attitude you have.
Schedule a dedicated time 3x a week to train. I don’t care if you literally only have 5-10 minutes to do a couple push-ups. Your only job is to respect this time you have set aside for yourself – don’t be late – don’t conveniently get on the phone right before – and don’t start drama to avoid this.
Stick to this for a few weeks and I guarantee you’ll start making the time…
